‘The Standard American Diet: History, Health & Disease’ will be Topic at Center for Environment
Dr. Chris Nagy will speak on “The Standard American Diet: History, Health and Disease” at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, at the Center for the Environment facility.
Nagy, Chief Medical Officer and director of Your Personal Wellness Center, will talk about changes that have taken place in the American diet over the years and what individuals need to consider and do to get back to being healthy again.
Nagy received his undergraduate education from St. Joseph’s College and his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. After completing his Orthopaedic surgery residency, Nagy began practice in 1996. In addition to Orthopaedics, he has also completed a fellowship with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and successfully completed training in age-management medicine through the Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation.
Nagy notes that his goal is “to introduce and teach the important lifestyle behaviors necessary for individuals to improve their health and quality of life now and in the future.”
